Please enter the child’s name, age, color choice, font style, and any special notes in the personalization box before checkout. Please type the name exactly as you want it stitched.
How do I send a photo or design reference?
If your order needs a photo or design reference, please send it through Etsy Messages after checkout. Please include your order number so we can match it to your order.
How long does it take to make my order?
Each item is made to order. Please check the processing time shown on the listing before ordering. Tracking will be provided once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Personalized items are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is an issue.
Are these items safe for babies and toddlers?
